Growing Instructions:

What You'll Need

  • Shallow growing tray (on our website available)
  • Well-draining growing medium (on our website available)
  • Microgreen Seeds
  • Spray bottle
  • Sharp scissors

Germination Time: 3–5 days
Optimal Temperature: 21°C–24°C

Instructions:

  1. Prepare by choosing from our untreated seed varieties.

  2. Fill a shallow tray with a well-draining growing medium (e.g. Microgreen grow mat)

  3. Moisten the medium evenly—damp but not soggy.

  4. Sprinkle microgreen seeds evenly across the surface. Gently press them into the soil; no need to cover the seeds with growing medium.

  5. Cover the tray with a lid or plastic wrap to maintain humidity.

  6. Place in a warm, shaded spot for 3-5 days.

  7. Uncover after 2–3 days once seeds have sprouted. Move to a well-lit area or use grow lights.

  8. Spray with water regularly to keep the soil moist but not waterlogged.

  9. Harvest in 10–14 days when microgreens are 2–3 inches tall and have their first true leaves.

  10. Cut just above the soil line using clean scissors. Rinse gently before eating or storing in the fridge.
